    Grand opening of the 28th Belgrade Jazz Festival!

    The full Great Hall of Sava Center last night was officially opened on 28 Belgrade Jazz Festival. In addition to numerous guests from the public and cultural life, the opening was attended by the U.S. Embassy, ​​Michael Kirby, and Italy, Armando Varricchio, with their wives. Misha Michael Blum addressed to the present audience, a prominent Serbian and internationally renowned jazz musician, said that, along with all the beautiful and important awards during his career, an invitation to officially open the JBF have particular meaning and that he experience it as a special recognition of his work.

    Tonight, in the Great Hall of Sava Center, 28 Belgrade Jazz Festival will be officially opened!

    The festival will officially open by our prominent jazz musician, Michael Misa Blam, an artist whose work has been for decades now woven into the heights of creativity jazz Belgrade and Serbian jazz scene and respected name in international music circles. This renowned jazz bassist, composer, author and educator has made a significant contribution to the development of art and reputation JBG in performances. During the seventies and eighties he played with the Jazz Orchestra of Radio Television Belgrade, sextet Markovic-Gut, and as a member of various international settings.
